Pay Later with Klarna: This option gives you up to 30 days to pay once your new stuff has been shipped. No fees when you pay on time, no interest, ever.

Pay Later in 3 with Klarna: Shop now and pay for your new stuff in 3 easy (and free!) instalments, taken monthly, no interest fees.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1

Find something you love at Vale Footstools, add it to your bag and go to checkout.

Once you get to the checkout, you can find Klarna’s payment methods. From there, you can select either ‘Pay Later with Klarna’ or ‘Pay Later in 3 with Klarna’.

Step 3 

PAY LATER WITH KLARNA: Once your order’s been sent, you’ll have 30 days to pay Klarna, and you’ll get a reminder before payment is due.

PAY LATER IN 3 WITH KLARNA: Split your purchase into three payments. The first instalment will be taken from your card when you place your order. The next two remaining payments will be automatically charged 30 and 60 days later. Don’t worry – you’ll get notifications for when your payment is due and when it’s collected.

For both options, there’s no interest, no fees when you pay on time.

How do I pay later with Klarna?

Pay Later with Klarna is a payment method which allows you to buy now and pay later. Pay Later with Klarna gives you extra flexibility when paying for your order as you’re able to pay within 30 days.

Pay later in 30 days is a form of credit which allows you to delay payment of your purchase by 30 days. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna. You’ll then have 30 days to try on your order and only pay when you’re happy. Complete the payment online, at your convenience, with no extra cost. You can pay via credit or debit card in Klarna.app or by logging into www.klarna.com/uk .

There’s no minimum spend – simply add the items you love to your basket and head to checkout. You can have multiple Pay Later with Klarna orders at the same time. Your eligibility will be checked by Klarna with each order.

To use Pay later in 30 days you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay later in 30 days is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay later in 30 days, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.

  • Klarna will send you an email within 2 days of your order being placed with payment instructions.
  • You’ll have 30 days to complete the payment online. You can pay at your convenience, interest-free, via credit or debit card on the Klarna app or by logging into Klarna’s website.
  • If you do not pay for your order on time, you may no longer be able to access Klarna’s payment options for future purchases. This may also affect your ability to get credit from other lenders too.

Although Pay later in 30 days is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Pay later in 30 days method is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability. Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying by credit or debit card at the checkout.

As soon as Vale Footstools have accepted your cancellation/return, then Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.

If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name, address and email address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number or date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It’s very important that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information.

How do I pay in 3 with Klarna?

Pay Later in 3 with Klarna is a payment method that allows you to spread the cost of your order over 3 equal, interest-free, monthly instalments.

Pay Later in 3 with Klarna gives you extra flexibility when paying for your order as you’re able to spread the cost through instalments.

  • Orders are paid for in 3 equal, interest-free, monthly instalments.
  • You’ll be asked to pay the first of the three instalments once your order has been confirmed at checkout.
  • Instalments 2 and 3 will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
  • You’ll receive a reminder from Klarna 2 days before each instalment is collected.

To use Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.

Although Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments payment option is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including address details, cardholder details, amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability.

  • Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments purchase at Vale Footstools from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout.
  • If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later.
  • Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment and you can always monitor the due date in Klarna app at your convenience.
  • You will not be charged fees or interest for late and/or missed repayment(s). Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 3 instalments’ product even if you have failed to pay on time.
  • If you fail to make a payment you will be in default, and may be unable to use the service in the future. We may continue to attempt to collect overdue and currently due payments on subsequent due dates, or invoice you separately for the unpaid total.
  • If you do not pay for your purchase, Klarna may engage with an external debt collection agency to collect on our behalf. Debt collection agencies are used as a last resort.

Other info on Klarna

You’ll receive emails from Klarna when payments have been made or missed. Klarna will normally contact you by email but will call your registered phone number if they need to contact you urgently.
