At Vale Footstools we design products with you in mind. We only use high-quality components and materials, allowing you to focus on the fun stuff, like relaxing.
What’s covered by the Vale Footstools guarantee?
We are confident that you will fall in love with your footstool at first sight. Although, to protect you as a customer and give you a little more peace of mind with your purchase, we offer a manufacturer’s guarantee on all products.
This guarantee covers defects in materials and craftsmanship in the components of a vale footstools product during normal domestic use only.
The guarantee starts on the date of delivery of the product and finishes at the end of the 1st year from that date.
Please do not dispose of the item until we have either accepted or declined your claim according.
As long as the footstool has only been used for normal domestic use and has not been handled improperly, the guarantee is still valid.
When you get in touch, photos can really help us understand your issue, so it’s recommended that you’re with your product. This helps us to speed up your claim.
What isn’t covered by the Vale Footstools guarantee?
Unfortunately, the following are not covered by our guarantee:
Normal wear and tear, including minor pilling, fading, stains and discolouration, and softening of the product caused by regular use.
Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, maintenance, treatment, storage or otherwise caused by your acts or omissions.
Damage caused by alterations or modifications made to the product or where the product is used in an abnormal manner and/or not for its intended purpose.
Any Defects in products which we brought to your attention when you purchased the product.
Where the Product has been used for commercial purposes or for any non-domestic purposes.
Some fading of fabrics is normal over periods of time and is not covered by the guarantee.
The Guarantee cannot be transferred to someone else.
