At Vale Footstools it’s OK to change your mind, returning your item is simple and convenient! We promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product, heres some things you might want to know.

Log in

To initiate your return, log in via your MyAccount. Go to your order history and click on the order you wish to return.

Fill in

Now click on the return button and fill in all fields on the following page. This makes the return process easier for you and us and makes it much faster. Select or fill in the fields:

  • The items to be returned in the order
  • The reason for returning the product/s
  • In case of a defect, additional description is required


When you have filled out everything, send us your return request. We have now received your returns application.

Prepare return shipment

We will now take over and check the information you have provided. If we have any questions concerning your return, a customer service representative will reach out to you and go over them with you. Following that, or if all of your return details are sufficient and correct, you will receive an e-mail with a link to make your own return label.


Now package your item/s in the same packaging you received them in and attach the return label to the package and follow the further instructions in the e-mail.

Processing and refunds

We’ll notify you as soon as your package arrives. The shipment will then be reviewed to ensure everything look good. If everything is in order, you will be refunded the entire amount for the indicated items as soon as possible using the payment information when you placed your order, and your return will be completed. Please keep in mind that processing and refunding your return may take 2-5 business days. If we discover that one of the items registered for return is missing or damaged during the assessment of your return, we will contact you again.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that’s been damaged in transit or is defective, we’re happy to set up a prompt replacement, please notify us upon receipt.

If your footstool was already damaged when you received it, please report the damage, providing images, using the Damaged items form.

You have 30 days for returns

If you change your mind or your order is not quite right for some reason, it can come back to us anytime within 30 days of the item delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return delivery costs, unless your item is damage or faulty (see below).

Recived a damaged Item

Once the order is placed you cannot cancel it.

we will aim to process your refund back to the original payment method within 14 days.

We’re sorry to hear that you are still awaiting on your refund.

If you are awaiting a refund for a cancelled order or have returned a product back to Vale Footstools, we will aim to process your refund back to the original payment method within 14 days. If this time has elapsed then please don’t hesitate to contact us.
