To initiate your return, log in via your MyAccount. Go to your order history and click on the order you wish to return.
Fill in
Now click on the return button and fill in all fields on the following page. This makes the return process easier for you and us and makes it much faster. Select or fill in the fields:
- The items to be returned in the order
- The reason for returning the product/s
- In case of a defect, additional description is required
14 days returns policy
If you are not happy with your product, then you can return it within 14 days (restriction apply). Your 14 day period starts from your day of delivery.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging.
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Products that are ripped, torn, marked, soiled, worn or with other defects
- We do not accept returns when we suspect any dishonesty, misrepresentation or misconduct on your part.
- We do not accept returns on orders where the returns policy has already been used against a prior purchase for the same customer.
Complete the Return Request form and we’ll let you know how to return the item, or arrange for a collection. Once it gets back to us, you’ll receive a full refund (minus any collection costs, if you use our service). See below
How much do returns cost?
If you are returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you will be responsible for return delivery costs, unless your item is damage or faulty. This must be pre-arranged, any returns that are not arranged in advance will be rejected.
If you need to return an item because its faulty, or we have done something wrong, you will not be charged.

How much do collections cost?
Collection costs are on a per order basis, please contact us.
Bespoke “custom made” furniture
Some of our items are clearly classified as bespoke items. Bespoke items are those that we manufacture specifically for you. Those items that are classed as bespoke will clearly be labeled as such on their specific product page on our website.
Please note that bespoke items (items that were made specifically for you) incur a 50% restocking fee. Therefore a refund of 50% of the total order value will be made to you.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours you will be refunded in full.
Processing and refunds
We’ll notify you as soon as your package arrives. The shipment will then be reviewed to ensure everything looks good. If everything is in order, you will be refunded the entire amount for the indicated items as soon as possible using the payment information when you placed your order, and your return will be completed. Please keep in mind that processing and refunding your return may take 2-5 business days. If we discover that one of the items registered for return is missing or damaged during the assessment of your return, we will contact you again.

Products must be returned to us in a saleable condition, using the original boxes and any other packaging provided. We reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the amount refunded to you if there are signs of damage or wear and tear.
