To make paying for your order as simple and flexible as possible, we support multiple different payment methods. You can make your choice at the end of the checkout process. This page contains an overview of the main methods.

How can I pay for my order?

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. To better protect our customers when making online payments you may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone.

To pay with PayPal, you’ll need to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website. It only takes minutes to open a PayPal account and it’s free.

PayPal is a quick and easy way to pay. Once you have added your products to your basket and have completed your shopping, simply select the Pay With PayPal Now button and choose the PayPal option when you check out. When you are taken to the PayPal website, log in to your PayPal account and confirm your payment.

In a small number of cases, this may occur when connecting to your card issuer’s page during their additional security check probably due to your preferences set with your current browser.

  • Operating System (e.g. Windows 7, Mac OS X)
  • Internet Browser (Internet Explorer 8, Firefox, Safari, Chrome
  • What time the problem occurred
  • Any error message that appeared on screen (simply cut and paste into your correspondence)

Firstly, we would suggest to check that the card details you entered are correct and the billing address matches up exactly with the information held by your card issuer.

If the problem still occurs, we would recommend trying with another card or to contact your bank directly.

Pay Later with Klarna is a payment method which allows you to buy now and pay later, meaning you only have to pay for the items that you keep.

Pay Later with Klarna gives you extra flexibility when paying for your order as you’re able to pay within 30 days.

How does Pay Later in 3 with Klarna work?

Pay Later in 3 with Klarna is a payment method that allows you to spread the cost of your order over 3 equal, interest-free, monthly instalments.

Easily spread your payments into three interest-free instalments, with no set-up fees or charges*. Simply choose Pay in 3 at checkout and pay your first instalment at the time of purchase and then your subsequent payments will be due each month on the same date.

  • Only one discount code can be used at checkout.
  • Discount codes may not be able to be used in addition to any current promotions and we’re unable to apply any codes once your payment has been accepted, so don’t forget to add the discount before checking out.

Any discount codes used with an order will be split evenly between items as a percentage. So when a refund is processed, you will receive the discounted price as a refund.

As an online retailer, our prices will occasionally change depending on demand, stock levels and sales. This does mean that items can change price after you’ve purchased them.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to adjust any prices or offer a refund or credit for the difference in price once an order has been placed.

Sadly, we’re also unable to retrospectively apply a discount code or gift card to an order that’s already been placed.
