All payment is taken through the paypal system.

All products guaranteed 12 months.

All products are hand made in our Cambridgeshire craft workshops, from timber and fleeces sourced exclusivly in Britain.

If upon delivery you wish to return any product; please phone us for a no questions refund.

At Xmas we get very busy so please note that we WILL deliver before Xmas, and have never let anyone down, and that if it gets tight, we will keep you up to date.

At Xmas if we have stopped taking orders for guaranteed delivery before xmas (in the UK) then we will say so, here on the website, so feel free to order, and expect it to get to you in time.
