Horrid Customer comments

Of course we don't mean horrid really as all comments , good or bad, are welcome

(normally we despatch within 3 to 4 days but it can take up to 2 to 3 weeks and when this happens we try to let people know,but obviously we failed to do that in this case.We have had a couple of other similar responses over the last 5 years,so please try to order in time,or insist on a must have it by delivery date)

(This one caught us by surprise ,and apart from apologising to the customer we thought it best to post it up here to warn people that dyed fleece reacts just like a dyed fabric and will fade/react when subjected to strong sunlight)

(this is a complaint we received 12 months ago and we phoned the technical dept of the stain company but they could not help.We subsequently have varnished all areas of all footstools which show stained wood as part of their design in order to stop this problem)
